WHO: Mercer Student Government Association (SGA) President Alex Brown and the SGA Executive Board.
WHAT: Brown will give a “State of the Student” Union address following the same format President George W. Bush uses. Brown will discuss accomplishments and challenges he has faced during his administration as student body president, as well as future student government plans. A question and answer session with the SGA Executive Board will follow his speech.
WHEN: Wednesday, Feb. 11, 5:30 p.m.
WHERE: Willingham Hall on Coleman Avenue, across from Tattnall Square Park; Mercer’s Macon campus.
BACKGROUND: This is the first State of the “Student” Union address at Mercer.
