Nancy Grace to Speak at Executive Forum

MACON and ATLANTA- Court TV anchor and Larry King Live guest host Nancy Grace will speak at Mercer University’s Executive Forum on Monday, April 26.
 
Grace, a graduate of Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, will give a breakfast presentation at 7:30 a.m. in the Presidents Dining Room in the University Center on Mercer’s Macon campus. She will give a lunch presentation at noon in the Trustees Dining Room on Mercer’s Atlanta campus.
 
Grace is the final presenter for the 2003-2004 speakers series of The Executive Forum, a business outreach program of Mercer’s Eugene W. Stetson School of Business and the Office of Advancement.
 
A Macon native, Grace was the first female prosecutor in the office of longtime Fulton County District Attorney Lewis Slaton in Atlanta. As a special prosecutor of major felony cases, she tried cases involving serial murder, serial rape, serial child molestation and arson. Grace compiled a perfect record of nearly 100 felony convictions at trial and no losses. 
 
She also clerked with a federal court judge and practiced antitrust and consumer protection law with the Federal Trade Commission. 
 
Grace now serves as anchor of Court TV‘s daily trial coverage program Closing Arguments. She is a legal commentator and a frequent guest host on CNN’s Larry King Live. She has also appeared as a legal commentator on ABC’s The View and Good Morning America, CNBC, Fox News Channel, NBC’s Today  show and The Oprah Winfrey Show
 
Grace helped staff the hotline at an Atlanta Battered Women’s Center for 10 years.
