The Macon Mayoral Forum, which was held Thursday night at the Grand Opera House, will be broadcast daily by Cox Communications on WCOX (Channel 15) daily until the July 17 Primary. Cox will re-broadcast the Forum Saturday, Monday and Tuesday, 8:30-10 p.m.; and Sunday, 2:30-4 p.m.
All seven candidates who have qualified for the Primary, Thelma Dillard, Henry Ficklin, Anita Ponder, Lance Randall, Robert Reichert, David Cousino and Arlan Gibson, participated in the Forum.
The event was sponsored by Mercer University, The Telegraph, and the League of Women Voters, with the generous support of the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation and the Community Foundation of Central Georgia.
