Students for Environmental Action Host Earth Week 2008

MACON — Mercer University’s Students for Environmental Action are sponsoring a series of events for Earth Week 2008, April 15-22, organized under the title, it “Feels Good to be Green.” The SEA will hold several student events, including the weeklong “Go Green!” Campaign, encouraging students to take steps toward a greener future. The SEA will also host a number of free public events.

Free Public Events Include:

Beyond an “Inconvenient Truth”
Vicki Coulter, a member of the Climate Project who was personally trained by Al Gore, will lead a discussion with Robert Hargrove, professor of chemistry, concerning the causes of and ways to address global warming.
