MACON — Jon Reep, winner of season 5 of “Last Comic Standing,” highlights Mercer University’s free “Live on the Lawn” event on Saturday, Oct. 2, as part of Mercer Family Weekend. The event begins at 7 p.m. It will include music, ice cream and comedy on the historic quad of Mercer’s Macon campus. The event is open to the public, but the comedy show is recommended for adults and children 15 years and up.
Reep is a comedian, actor and a self-proclaimed “Metro Jethro,” and has done stand-up to sold-out clubs and comedy festivals around the country.
