MACON – Mercer University’s QuadWorks Fall Concert will feature Janelle Monae and fun. The concert is part of the national Campus Consciousness Tour and will be held Oct. 7 at the Grand Opera House in downtown Macon at 8 p.m. Tickets are $15 for the public and $8 for Mercer students.

“Janelle Monae and fun. are both ridiculously talented artists who give amazing, high-energy performances,” said Anne Biggs, co-chair of the event for QuadWorks. “The environmental activism aspect of this tour is appealing since Mercerians are very service-oriented individuals. The concert will offer students the opportunity to attend a unique and fun show downtown and chill out a bit before the stress of midterms.”
